MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1966 film?

"Phoenix " Tetsu is a refurbished hired murderer who has followed the example set by his boss, apparently repented of his work. Once removed from the criminal world, Tetsu finds himself wandering the streets of Tokyo, avoiding at the same time waiting for certain death at the hands of the villainous Viper. So you just need the company of his girlfriend, a nightclub singer.
