MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

Germany, 1939. When Adolf Hitler is about to lead his country into war, imposing harsh discipline which by the way denies individual freedom, teams of young Germans, excited by political passion and message of freedom of American swing music, rebel against that order. Known as the " Boys of Swing", imitating the latest English and American fashion: wear coats too gigantic, bowler hats, black umbrellas and long hair. Her passion for dancing exuberance is based on a deep knowledge of music, and what begins as an innocent youth rebellion, becomes a dangerous political rebellion against the Nazi tide threatening.
