MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

Virginia, 50s Charlie, a carefree playboy, Patsy meets an attractive country singer, who leaves her boring husband to marry him. Patsy's first album is a success, but Charlie enlisting in the army, his increasing alcoholism and frequent infidelities seriously deteriorate the relationship of the couple. Patsy is then seen at a crossroads: will have to choose between her love for Charlie or the need to continue with his musical career.
