MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1963 film?

It tells the story of a brother and sister who dominates the water supply of a Turkish farming village. One of them refuses to share it with other farmers, while the second, newly married, ends up in jail. Between them, a woman who try to be conquered by the greedy brother.
