MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Animation Film brimming with action, humor and winks moviegoers. Collaborate in the direction of the whole Ice Age 2 animators to bring to life the classic Willy Vandersteen comics originally published in the Journal of Tintin. Luke and Lucy are two friends predisposed to run a great adventure. When it comes to his ears that the evil Jim Parasite is threatening the inhabitants of Dark City, decide to help the Texas Rangers to restore order.
