MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

Sushi, a kitchen that moreover formerly found only in Japan, has grown exponentially in other nations, reaching inventing your entire industry around. In a race to some extent to please a hungry public, face delicacy has become common and economically achievable, in restaurants, supermarkets and even the rise of fast food. The traditions that required seven years of learning in Japan have given way to new and faster ways of training and responses based on manufacturing production to a mass audience. This fascination with sushi is having irreversible consequences for the environment, such as reducing predators in the ocean, including bluefin tuna. This situation has reached such levels that is damaging the ecological balance of the oceans, heading towards a collapse of all marine species.
