MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

A team of ninjas trying to end the life of two boys. An oriental fighter will protect and uncover the truth about his origins. They are lords of a distant kingdom invaded by mercenaries in addition overthrew and killed his father the king. Given up for adoption in order to protect them, a prophecy speaks of that will free their homeland from the foreign yoke.
