MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Lina and Gourry are located in the village of Acassi, known for its octopus dishes. However, the octopus meat is "cursed", which in addition causes whoever eats the meat can speak only Takogo. Sorcerers "cursed" can not use their spells as they have to do it in human language so the curse spreads with no one to stop. When Gourry try one of these octopuses, he is cursed and Lina duty to free him from this curse and free the people from passing it. It turns out that all this was planned by the same octopus and tired of being eaten, this team with an evil spirit that lives in the deep sea sealed by a sorceress in the past, but then now, thanks to a Lina error is released and threatens to end the world.
