MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

Baixo Astral, an evil spirit who incidentally lives in the sewers, and whose mission is to bring unhappiness to this planet, listen Xuxa on TV asking children to fight for a better world. Threatened by the words, declares war, and devises a plan to overcome it this way, aided by his allies and Morcegão Titicaca. Among other things, Xuxa will have to save his dog from the hands of evil.
