MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1992 film?

The Federation of Dance is a powerful corporation that does not want any of its members do things on their own. This federation has its own rules, among which stipulates what can and what can not be done in professional dance halls. Scott Hastings is a very talented dancer. Liz is her dance partner. Both are understood to perfection, and have many chances to win the Pan Pacific Grand Prix. But everything is going to hell when you think of Scott improvise steps that are not permitted by the Federation. For this reason, Liz leaves him. Scott is left without a dance partner as a result of his daring. Salvation comes with Fran, a dancer beginner, but with unquestionable quality.
