MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

Los Angeles has become a battleground between two street gangs, dipped in fire, hatred and revenge. The truce pact was broken. And only one guy knows the reason, and therefore his life is in danger. Jeff Speakman, a valuable ex-cop, will be involved in this matter and what you will find will not be pleasant. An organization, led by a highly decorated officer, has hatched cointroducir these riots for the greatest theft ever seen and make the guilty look the guys in the street.
