MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

It is the story of Tom Ludlow, a veteran LAPD cop who is having the worst time of his life after the death of his wife. When evidence implicates him in the execution of a fellow, Tom is forced to go against everything he has met so far in the body, questioning the loyalty of each and every one of those around him.
