MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1994 film?

During a train journey, so please boring daughter, a father tells her three stories. In the first, a human being discovers that, because it also has not paid the bill for air, unable to breathe. Following a trip to the central air, humans are able to pay your bill at the last second. In the second a lone lady in a supermarket buying a man labeled as "supply". When you come to know that the "product " is not updated, returns with fury. In the third chronicle the natural antipathy between two families, which differ by social status, geographic origin and culture also is back getting worse, until a real war. In the end, the train stops in the area, passengers arrive with curiosity, and discover the remains of the " Italic ", a train destroyed by a bomb in the 70s.
