The lives of three residents of Staten Island in New York intersect as they try to get ahead. Sully Halverson, septic tank cleaner and expectant father, is desperate to secure the future of your child. Jasper Sabian, deaf humble shopkeeper wants to escape from the criminals in addition have infiltrated his life and business. Parmie Tarzo, ambitious leader of the local mafia, dreams of crushing the competition.
