MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1952 film?

In the 1890s, the Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps John Philip Sousa, Little Willie knows, the inventor of an instrument he calls the Sousaphone, and also his beautiful girlfriend, the dancer Lily. Sousa left the armed forces and form their own band.
