MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2014 film?

We are in a small town in central Serbia that is dying because there is no work and young people are moving to larger cities looking for an expert future. Marko, a thirty optimistic whom nobody takes seriously, is in love with a girl who is also planning to go. He then decides to erect a monument in honor of Michael Jackson during his tour. His plans to attract media attention and thus improve the situation of the people is ridiculed by the rest of the people. However, it gets much attention when the singer forges a letter in which this Announces Intent to attend the presentation of the monument. This event gives life to the community, until the news of Jackson's death comes ...
