MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

The future Duke of Bournemouth XV has come to the planet, thus ensuring the continuity of the family. The trouble is that in addition to his parents are pretty clueless and, during a party, the little left forgotten. The Dukes find another child who was lost on the same day, so Tommy is adopted as his own for a humble Hindu family. I was older, he discovers to his horror that not only is the real Duke of Bournemouth, but their American cousin Henry has inherited everything, including the huge fortune that should be theirs. And in this way that things get even worse, Tommy's real mother is seduce him, while the girl of his dreams, Kitty, you only want to marry Henry. So the only way to recover what belongs to him is to get rid of Henry.
