MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1992 film?

The corrupt police officer Mark Derrick later having been on the payroll of a gang of drug traffickers in Miami, betraying his own comrades, lost his wife and son, is sentenced to prison. After his release, the CIA gives you the chance to get revenge. This should be moved to Argentina in search of the leader of the gang. There he meets and is seduced by a strange woman, a resident of her apartment. Love comes and want to live together forever. But things are not so simple. Before must resolve all issues from his past.
