MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1977 film?

Pera Antic, Trta nicknamed, is about 13 years. His mother started drinking when her husband died, and since then also gave the bad life, and neither knows who the father of Pera. The boy commits petty theft daily, like stealing fruit from the market, or resell movie tickets.
