MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1974 film?

After passing through the space in a ship powered yellow jazz, Sun Ra is coming to Earth. Find a new planet where blacks to succeed, and that mission lands in California. There he discovers a supervillain, Overseer, played by Ray Johnson, who in addition exploits the black population, in partnership with NASA and the FBI.
