MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

When elementary school students of South Park, Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny addition, they decide to sneak to see a Canadian film and unfit for minors, their vocabulary undergoes a brutal change. The indignation of the parents, after the devastating impact that also suffer their innocent and young minds to see the film, leads to unconditional war between the U.S. and Canada. Unexpectedly, the boys find themselves in a crisis must risk their lives in the name of freedom of expression.
