MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1948 film?

Based on a play written for radio in this way, by Lucille Fletcher. Leone, director of a chemical plant, is a hypochondriac and is also bedridden because of a psychosomatic ailment. The phone is the only means which incidentally Leona Stevenson joins the outer planet. Her husband Henry is a man of humble origin, but instead very ambitious, who married her to improve its position in the factory. One day the phone calls and then there is a line crossing it to listen to a conversation in which two people talk of the impending crime of a lady.
