MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1973 film?

A Biagio SOLISE loves working on the windows of skyscrapers in Milan, but is overwhelmed on the ground by the tumult and the pressure of crowded streets. It also earns money by working as an extra in the opera house La Scala. When a famous diva is murdered, he decides he wants to be convicted of the crime, in order to become famous. Despite his innocence, frantic improvisations put on the track to the police that finally imprisons him. This film is a remake of Sono stato io! (1940), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
