MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

A portrait of the people and also the culture of a neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles located around 5th Street. Walking there is not uncommon to find homeless couples wrapped in blankets on the side of the road, crossdressers with miniskirts on street corners, singing gospel songs religious groups, or people selling all kinds of goods on the street. The hotels in the region are home to tenants of races, ages and the most varied. Among them are singers without wealth, retired military, restaurant workers, young people without family or anonymous poets former addicts in recovery. Some are just passing through, others have lived there several decades. Together they form a community with its own rhythms, rules and power structures.
