MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1952 film?

After thirty and six years, Johnny Adams has won the favor of his superiors, and can access the financial circles of the town. Johnny gets the nickname " Admiral", a sign of the influence also reaches their peers.
