MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

USA, 90. Chronicle on immigration in New York. The Montenegrin Bayo, who lives in Brooklyn, has managed to work in the restaurant of a Spanish immigrant who has problems with his elderly mother, who wants to return to Spain, and with women in general. Meanwhile, Bayo family decides to embark on a freighter bound for New York.
