MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

Twenty years have passed since the war ended incidentally but instead peace is still a utopia in Vietnam. A terrorist group led by the bloodthirsty Vinh Moc want to overthrow the government. His last action of pressure is the downing of a United Nations plane with humanitarian aid which fail to capture Gabrielle, daughter of Prescott Jamison, a billionaire American businessman. The indifference of the government, Jamison decides to hire an ex-Marine, Major Howard Toliver which in turn recruits a set of six mobsters juveniles of a maximum security prison in Los Angeles.
