MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

Los Angeles. Two men are killed identically while sex with a prostitute. Peg Sergeant Peckham is transferred from vice to homicide to some extent handle the case. Peg is determined to catch the culprit and asks her boyfriend David, a psychologist at the police, who in addition try to draw a profile of the killer. Meanwhile, David begins to feel attracted to a new, enigmatic patient, Felicity, amnesiac girl who suffers recurring nightmares in which kills her lovers during intercourse. Although the connection with the case of Peg seems obvious, Felicity does not fit the psychological profile of the killer, and its lush beauty alters the wisdom of David.
