MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

It is 1985 and a Cold War is raging between East and West. A new girl named Carmen, while attempting to smuggle Bibles into Romania, is captured by communist forces. Unfortunately, Carmen's father ended up being a Soviet Nuclear Physicist who became disillusioned aided by the system and defected towards western. Now, the Soviets are determined to force Carmen's dad to show himself over to them in exchange for her life. The United States federal government, determined to not let the Soviets regain certainly one of their scientists, decides to submit a lone representative to rescue the girl, to make certain that America need not spend the smuggler's ransom.
