MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1977 film?

Bandit, the truck king of the road, faces a challenge, pick up a truckload of beer in Texarkana, the nearest place where you can legally sell the drink, and drive through the country to Atlanta in just 48 hours. The reward ? $ 80,000 ! The result? Persecution and automotive accidents wildest ever seen. The reason? A Texas sheriff, Buford T. Justice aka " Smokey ", obsessed with capturing the elusive Bandit, since his son's girlfriend to leave him by the king of the road. This movie is part of the Smokey and the Bandit trilogy (1977, 1980).
