MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

A lady's journey of self-discovery and dynamics of her zany family. Alexis Fish (Gina Rodriguez) is kept broke and broken-hearted following the loss of her cheating husband, working as a phone sex operator and a walking meatball hero. As she returns to the woman hometown of Brooklyn for a distant aunt's funeral, she fears to admit to the woman household and overbearing mom (Priscilla Lopez) that her life is in pretty bad shape. With help from her quirky sister Kayla (Ana Ortiz) and a fresh love interest (Steven Strait), Alexis realizes she must forget about the woman past to define her own future.
