MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Starla Grady has everything a teenager from a small town in Texas may ask. She's the queen of the party and head of the cheerleading squad Splendona institute and career planning to the last detail. Nothing can come between Starla and her dream of becoming the most popular host on TV. Nothing and no one, that is, until a French student exchange threatens to destroy the balance. LePlouff Genevieve wins the hearts of the Grady family with their sad tales of woe in Paris. The girl soon proves to be - in contrast to his appearance shy, innocent and slightly hung - a cunning adversary, ruthless calculator and will stop at nothing. While the unsuspecting Starla tries to help ? Miss harmless ? ? to join your family and circle of friends, his first opponent traitor steals her boyfriend, then his throne and finally even the love of his family. Although suspected something, Starla, our typical American girl with blue eyes, is deceived by the appearance of his guest beatific until Starla ends behind bars, betrayed by Genevieve. In prison, dominated by doubts and intimidated by the stares of the prisoners otos, Starla slowly begins to understand the true values of life.
