MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

Jackie Chan is Ryo Saeba, a quirky private detective best known for his weakness for attractive women for their ability to solve crimes. Ryo is hired by a newspaper magnate to find her missing daughter, Shizuko. The investigation leads him to a luxury cruise which coincidentally happens to be also the target of a gang of international terrorists. Trapped on board, Ryo must resolve the situation with the invaluable assistance of his jealous assistant Kaori, Saeko's cute secret agent and a mysterious player named Kotetsu. Jackie Chan acclaimed for its Street Fighter video game parody.
