MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

Detective Don Lee advises his students at the Police Academy not to get involved emotionally with snitches they use to catch criminals senior: It's no wonder, because Lee led the misfortune to his own years ago and never forgave him. It is not the only trauma that Lee has regarding his past, since in turn keeps a heavy burden of conscience about her marriage. His current obsession is his work today focused on the mission to catch the arms dealer known as Barbarian, but to get it again be working with an undercover informer. The choice is the car thief known as Ghost Jr., which initially repugnant the idea of working for the police force, but will be forced to do if he wants to save his sister from the world of prostitution. Once inside, Ghost will be increasingly closer to Dee's girlfriend Barbarian?
