MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1971 film?

Simon is a bookseller, not very lucky indeed, also inherited from their ancestors wonderful elixir with a single drop can get the love of the woman he wants. So, Simon comes up with the idea of using the elixir for the work somehow.
