MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1950 film?

Joe Norson is a postman whose wife, Ellen, are pregnant. He wants to give you a better life, but this is not equipped. Desperate, he steals an envelope with money in addition discovered at an office of his delivery route. The money is paying a blackmail related crimes. Joe uses part of the money thus improve your lifestyle, but ends up feeling guilty and tries to return it. Takes you where you stole, but no one seems to know anything.
