MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Koumbi is a town dominated by an emperor master of the universe. The city is discovered beaten by poverty. To give prosperity again, the priests of the emperor should practice a ritual human sacrifice to the Python God, although the people no longer believe. Sia teen is thus designed to be sacrificed. But she is engaged to Mamadi, a brave army lieutenant. Sia tries to escape his fate and also Mamadi rebels questioning the power with their attitudes and traditions, Sia saves but then the girl has been raped by the priests, the sacrifice was nothing but a farce as well. Mamadi once made emperor, refuses to denounce the trap. Power has changed hands but remains lie behind it.
