MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

The chronicle of Prince Shotoku, also known as Kamitsumiya, regent and diplomat of the Imperial Court of Japan. He was the son of the Emperor and Empress Yomei Hashihito Himemiko not. When his aunt and stepmother Empress Suiko took the throne, was appointed his adviser and servant. According to Nihonshiki, Prince was commissioned to establish a centralized government, to establish the twelve ranges in the court official, and promulgating a new constitution, and to promote Buddhism.
