MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

A London mansion that moreover houses a huge collection of rare and old photos, has a new owner: the American millionaire Christopher Anderson decided to get rid of the photos and remodel the property to somehow turn it into a college of business studies. But is that employees use every last resource to stop him. They revere the photos, the eloquent still images, and are willing to preserve at any cost. Bates is the eccentric Oswald file manager that has an extraordinary visual memory and exceptional ability to associate faces in the labyrinth of the photographs. The director Marilyn Truman is convinced that there must be a way to get the soul of Anderson, if you have one, to save the photo file. In this fascinating clash between the old world and the new millennium, the photos will have the last word.
