MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1966 film?

A man teen returns to the island where he was punished as a baby. He was sent there for him not to reveal the identity of the military police who murdered his family. For 20 years he has planned revenge on the sadistic guard who tortured the punishment on the island. Once there, he meets the daughter of the warden, who assures him that his father has changed absolutely.
