MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1981 film?

The Gods once lived on Earth. Among them Sea God Glaucus - Themis - Goddess - and Fire- brothers were inseparable. However, Argon Wind - God - jealous of them lies spread apart. Now the sons and daughters of the Water and Fire should be separated, because they are enemies. But then Sirius Sea Prince and Princess Malta of the Fire meet and fall in love. His love may not be enough to overcome the hatred of his parents. It may be impossible to stay together.
