MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1994 film?

The young noble fight Kira decides Asano, an old feudal man also achieved his position through unfair and corrupt acts. To this end, Asano refuses to pay the taxes that Kira being sought. Upon hearing the decision, Kira launches a plan to humiliate him in this way, pushing the harakiri Asano honor. The samurai who served Asano, now marginalized ronin, prepare the revenge of his former master.
