Sharky is a narcotics agent from Atlanta, demoted to vice department for the death of a citizen while chasing a drug dealer. When it comes to this department, considered the lowest of the police department, get assigned the supervision of a luxury prostitute who works for a powerful mafia leader named Victor Score, and which is seeing a candidate governor.
