MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

Shakes survives in his work as a clown for children's parties, and also spends his free time getting drunk heavily. Binky, another clown, wins a place in a local children's show, which also will dip deeper into his depression, and his boss threatens to fire if it is able to organize your life. When the latter is found dead, Shakes, considered suspect, is disguised as a despicable ilfiltra mime to somehow try to get information that will help to clear his name.
