MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1978 film?

A group of friends have just located a dilapidated premises and start to repair it, paint it and live in it as a Commune. Miguel is the head of it and he recruits people, assigning them their individual tasks. The problem is that the bank, owner of the premises, does not want them to occupy it and they threaten them with calling the police to get them to vacate it, which they have no intention of doing.
