MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

Yumi Sugimoto is Rin, a shy young man who finds that his arm mutated into a sort of sharp weapon on her sixteenth birthday. A corporation's shadow government immediately begins to give chase, killing his parents even though Rin is saved just in time by a being with superpowers named Hiruko. Soon, mutants from all over Japan come together and begin to receive military training to overthrow the government. Meanwhile, Rin is done with a special iron mask and begins her life as a girl fight, using his mutant powers and acrobatic abilities to cope with the special forces who hunt mutants.
