MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

The plot of the second part does not vary with respect to the first. The film lacks a strong argument from beginning to end, and which is limited to adapting the different stories or " gags " of the original comics continuously to work as a movie. Also, as in the first part, have softened many violent or unpleasant scenes that appeared on the original comic, so that the film does not obtain the qualification for over 18 years.
