MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

A tragicomedy about the end of World War II and the Communist regime. In this context we know the story, partly dream, plus two players who returned from war: the comic and the soldier Prengel Pepe. After discovering gold together, both become friends. By chance meet Esther, a girl who returns from a concentration camp. He quickly developed a love both irremediable friends to this melancholy Jewish teenager. Three homeless people trying to meet their idea of happiness at the worst time possible. The monstrosity of 50 is represented by a young communist ? Elmira, who will put his world upside down.
