MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

Dragon is a former soldier who returns even after 20 years, their land, Ayacucho, a small town in which he had fought one of the teams terrorists ravaged the town maintained during the decade of the 80s. At the back we discover a different place, bigger, more frivolous, or as he says, "a city in peace " and also hosting the prodigal son with a lookout in a wealthy home. It is in that house where Dragon will notice that even can not shake those ghosts of war, while serving the military. The trauma and aftermath of past violence will make Dragon revive his inner demons, causing a spiral of violence that can not be controlled.
