MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

Commander Sam Keenan is a former S.E.A.L. navy with combat experience sufficient to protect the interests of the U.S. anywhere on the planet. But the day comes to a new destination on a troubled country in Eastern Europe, Keenan was involved in a bloody and chaotic situation: heavily armed rebels have looted the capital, have killed the U.S. ambassador, and threaten to overthrow the new president and end the fledgling democracy. Quickly, safely Keenan puts the American Embassy and granted political asylum to President. However, U.S. troops still waiting take hours to arrive and in the meantime, the insurgents are coming. The situation is desperate, Keenan has no other choice but to find a way to end the rebellion before the embassy is ablaze.
